Responsibilities
• Ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services Strategy across the business
• Ensure that the client services function operates effectively and aligned with departmental and company objectives.
• Demonstrate a tenacious commitment to achieving and sales objectives through strategic planning.
• Deliver proposals and close sales with clients ensuring the full implementation of the client service strategy.
• Ensure payment collection within credit terms, on time billing practices to maintain financial integrity.
• Provide comprehensive and timely reports and weekly sales updates to management, fostering transparency.
• Ensure that the customer enquiries and complaints are satisfactory managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescale.
• Collaborate closely with others departments to facilitate the smooth ex*****on of projects, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Power point and good presentation skills
• Minimum 2years experience in customer service along with team management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to create cordial relationships with team members and clients
• Fluent in English both speaking and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Power point and good presentation skills
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
Working days & Working hours - Mondays to Fridays - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
