Ability to help company recruit talents applicant
Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in work
Understand applicant work experience, education and background, and help the company analyze and consider applicant according company standards
Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and condition
Conduct new employee orientations (company rules and regulations, daily work , basic professional literacy, basic principles of handling)
Handle resolve issues between management and employees
Propose rectification and correct the problems existing in the recruitment and recruitment process, and actively implement
Handle all the company's personnel and administrative matters.
HR/Admin Requirements :
Fluent in Chinese
Bachelor’s Degree above
Relevant job experience is preferred
Familiarization with computer operations and office software
Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in work
Can handle pressure, have the courage to break through difficulties
Myanmar Nationality
