(English Version Below 🇺🇸⬇️)

Customer service on WhatsApp is officially no longer unlimited.
Meta is quietly rewriting the rules of corporate messaging.
Starting October 1, the WhatsApp Business Platform is shifting its pricing model.
Every business number now gets exactly 1,000 free outbound service messages per month.
These allowances reset monthly and unused messages will not roll over.
Once a business hits message number 1,001, the meter immediately starts running.
Companies will be charged based on the regional utility message rates of their customers.
To be clear, your personal everyday WhatsApp app remains completely free.
This update specifically targets operations using the API or third-party enterprise solutions.
Small shops handling low message volumes might never actually see a single bill.
But massive enterprises handling thousands of daily support tickets face a new financial reality.
Customer service on the world's biggest messaging app is now a highly measurable expense.
Will this new cost structure force brands to limit how often they text you back?
