Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Pitch digital marketing services (Social Media, Media Production, Ads, Branding, Web/App Development)
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in marketing or agency field)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in client meetings and presentations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Understanding of digital marketing is a big plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
