🎯 Key Responsibilities
📱 Digital Marketing & Content
• Assist in planning and organizing daily content calendars for clients' social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Videographers to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.
• Assist in monitoring page performance and preparing marketing reports.
📋 Operations & Administration
• Maintain daily lead records, sales data, and client information accurately.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and deadlines are met.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Marketing & Operations reports.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

✅ Requirements
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Administration, or Operations is preferred.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Viber, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to use Canva or basic graphic/video editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
