🗓️Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Thursday Work from Home)
⏰Working Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Off days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Position Overview
The Account Manager is a strategic leadership position responsible for managing key client relationships and driving account growth within the Myanmar market. This role requires strong strategic thinking, people management, and the ability to lead both clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence. The Account Manager oversees a team of Account Executives, ensuring service excellence, smooth operations, and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
* Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives to ensure growth and performance.
* Oversee team-managed client portfolios to maintain strategic alignment and service quality.
* Act as the first point of escalation for client issues or internal challenges.
* Provide continuous coaching, training, and performance support for the team.
2. Strategic Account Management
* Lead long-term strategic planning for key clients, including annual and quarterly reviews.
* Conduct high-level client presentations, planning meetings, and strategy discussions.
* Ensure campaigns and deliverables are aligned with client goals, brand strategy, and market needs.
* Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
3. Business Development & Revenue Growth
* Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client accounts.
* Develop new business leads through active networking, market research, and strategic outreach.
* Introduce Level Up Marketing Group’s services to prospective clients and participate in pitch preparations.
* Support the Myanmar leadership team in growing the agency's market presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* 2–3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles (agency experience preferred).
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Solid understanding of marketing, branding, digital strategy, and campaign ex*****on.
* Ability to think strategically and provide clear, practical recommendations to clients.
* High level of professionalism, problem-solving skills, ownership, and initiative.
