Hiring Business Development Manager Position to joining our growing team.
Role – Business Development Manager (Urgent)
Your Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for targeting new corporate organizations, MNCs, local and international brands
- Have the drive, commercial awareness and persuasiveness to find the right contact,
understand the client’s issues, and match and apply the benefits with Xavey's products and services
- Based in Yangon, but travel as required to meet clients across the country
- Identify key sponsors, influencers and decision makers at target organizations and ensure that they understand their roles and objectives, and that they understand the benefits and applications of using research data, Xavey's products and services
- Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
- Research and build strong prospect list, database
- Take ownership of company sales targets
- Identify required additional sales force and build
- Prepare sale/presentation kit, cold call script, email templates and provide training
- Form partnerships with other business entities and organizations that can promote company’s growth
- Collaborate with other team members across different functions to successfully deliver the research project to the clients
- Present the research report to client
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist the management as and when needed
Requirements :
- Graduate degree and certain knowledge in Marketing or Economics or Business Administration
- A person who loves to meet new people and has good interpersonal skills
- Analytical background to develop market research products
- Candidate must be self-driven and independent worker
- Expertise time management and organizing skills
- Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel is preferred
Preferable :
- Must be Fluent in both English and Myanmar (Writing, Speaking and Reading)
- Previous sales and client service experiences in research field at least 3 years
