အွန်လိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် ဆီထွက်သီးနှံအမျိုးမျိုးနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး စားသုံးသူစစ်တမ်းမှ ရရှိလာသော အချက်အလက်များကို သုံးသပ်တင်ပြရာမှာ ၂၀၁၉ အောက်တိုဘာ မှ ၂၀၂၀ စက်တင်ဘာလအတွင်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ထုတ်ကုန်တမျိုးချင်းဆီရဲ့ ပြည်တွင်းစားသုံးမှုတန်ဖိုးကို တွက်ချက်ခဲ့ရာမှာ ပြည်တွင်းစားသုံးမှု အမြင့်ဆုံး နံပါတ် (၁) မှာ မြေပဲဆီဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်နှစ်လျှင် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း (၈၀၀) ကျော် ရှိပါတယ်။ နံပါတ် (၂) ကတော့ နေကြာဆီဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်နှစ်လျှင် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း (၂၀၀) ကျော် ရှိပါတယ်။ နံပါတ် (၃) ကတော့ နှမ်းဆီဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်နှစ်လျှင် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း (၉၀) ကျော် ရှိတယ်လို့ စစ်တမ်းများအရ လေ့လာတွေ့ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒါ့အပြင် ဈေးကွက်ထဲမှာ စားသုံးဆီအမျိုးမျိုးနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး စားသုံးသူများတွေ့ကြုံနေရတဲ့ရဲ့ မနှစ်သက်ဆုံးအချက်တွေကို လေ့လာခဲ့ရာမှာလဲ အောက်ပါအချက် (၃) ချက်သည် ဖြေဆိုသူအများဆုံးအနေဖြင့် လေ့လာတွေ့ရှိခဲ့ရသည်။

(၁) ဈေးကွက်တွင်းရှိ ထုတ်ကုန်များသည် ဈေးကြီးပြီး အရည်အသွေးတသမှတ်ထဲ မရှိခြင်း
(၂) ထုတ်ကုန်များတွင် သိသင့်တဲ့အချက်အလက်များ ပြည့်စုံစွာ ဖော်ပြထားခြင်းမရှိခြင်း
(၃) စားသုံးဆီများတွင် အရောအနှောများပါဝင်နေခြင်း စသည့်အချက်များပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

“ဒီအချက်အလက်တွေကို ထုတ်လုပ်ရောင်းချသူများအနေနဲ့ အသုံးပြုပြီး စားသုံးသူများရဲ့လိုအပ်ချက်နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီအောင် ထုတ်လုပ်ပေးနိုင်မယ်လို့ မျှော်လင့်ရပါတယ်” လို့ အကြံပြုဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြခဲ့ပါသည်။

🎖 စိုက်ပျိုးရေးသီးနှံတန်ဘိုးမြင့်ကွင်းဆက်များအပေါ် ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ကပ်ရောဂါသက်ရောက်မှုများလေ့လာချက်။ ဤလေ့လာချက်ကို Value-chain Capacity Building Network (VCB-N) ကနေ International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) ၏ရံပုံငွေနှင့် အာရှတိုက်ရှိ နိုင်ငံ (၇) ခုမှာ မေလ မှဩဂုတ်လ ၂၀၂၀ အတွင်း လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက်လေ့လာရာမှာ IFAD နှင့် စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊မွေးမြူရေး၊ဆည်မြောင်းဝန်ကြီးဌာနတို့ ဦးစီးအကောင်အထည်ဖော်နေတဲ့ The Western States Agribusiness Project (WSAP) စီမံကိန်းများအောက်မှ “ ဝဉသီးနှံ” နှင့် (The Eastern States Agribusiness Project (ESAP) စီမံကိန်းများအောက်မှ “ဒူရင်း သီးနှံ” များအပေါ် ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ကပ်ရောဂါကြောင့် ထိခိုက်နစ်နာဆုံးရှုံးမှုများကို EMPOWER Consultancy မှ သုသေသနပြုလေ့လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။
