🎬 1. Video Editor
Salary -8 to 12 Lakhs
Responsibilities:
Edit, cut, and assemble high-quality video content
Add transitions, sound, and effects to match brand identity
Work closely with the creative team to deliver engaging content
Ensure timely delivery of final outputs
Requirements:
Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Portfolio required
🎥 2. DOP (Director of Photography)
Salary- 8 to 12 Lakhs
Responsibilities:
Lead all shooting sessions and ensure video quality
Operate camera, lighting, and other equipment
Collaborate with creative director on concepts and shot lists
Maintain consistent visual style and cinematography quality
Requirements:
Strong experience in professional shooting
Excellent understanding of lighting, framing, and camera movement
Able to guide crew and talents on set
Portfolio or showreel required
🤝 3. Account Executive
Salary- 5 to 10 Lakhs
Responsibilities:
Manage communication between clients and internal teams
Understand client needs and ensure smooth project flow
Prepare reports, proposals, and follow up on tasks
Build long-term positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
Strong communication & presentation skills
At least 1 year experience in agency or client-service role
Problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
