Shunkhlai Group consists of multiple successful subsidiary companies, each with its own strong brand identity. However, at the group level, there was no clear or unified brand presence. We developed a unified Employee Value Proposition (EVP) centered around the idea: “Own the Rhythm.” This concept reflects the belief that every individual has a unique way of working, learning, and growing. It positioned the group as a flexible and supportive environment where employees are empowered to move at their own pace and define their own path.

First 100% domestically recycled bottled water

MCS Coca-Cola introduced the country’s first bottled water made with 100% locally recycled packaging, marking a significant step toward more sustainable everyday consumption. To address the common misconception that recycled packaging is inferior, the campaign focused on clear, educational content that reassured consumers about quality and safety. Seven well-known Mongolian public figures brought the message to life through a TVC, helping make the topic more relatable and engaging. Complemented by personalized posters, the campaign encouraged people to take action and consciously choose Bonaqua as a more sustainable option.

With the leadership and support of the Mongolia Programme Office of World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Earth Hour 2026 was successfully organized under the theme “Mountains and Climate Change.” In the lead-up to the event, a month-long social media campaign was also carried out, highlighting the impacts of climate change on Mongolia’s high mountain ecosystems. The campaign effectively raised public awareness and engagement by showcasing how these fragile environments are being affected by shifting climate conditions. Our company organized Earth Hour for the second time. In 2025, we carried out a campaign under the theme “Keep Our Water Clean as It Is” in celebration of World Water Day.

Ulaanbaatar, home to nearly half of Mongolia’s population, faces increasing water demand due to rapid urbanization and climate challenges. Ensuring a stable and sustainable water supply has become one of the city’s most critical priorities, particularly for expanding ger districts and growing industrial needs.

The Water Compact program aims to secure Ulaanbaatar’s long-term water supply by developing new groundwater sources, improving water infrastructure, and promoting sustainable water use across residential and industrial sectors.

Nearly half of Mongolia’s population lives in Ulaanbaatar, the coldest capital city in the world. Around 30% of the city’s residential buildings are prefabricated apartment blocks, most of which suffer from significant heat loss, fail to reach standard indoor temperatures during winter, and face risks of mold and dampness.

The RePaRe project aims to improve building energy efficiency by implementing thermal retrofits in prefabricated residential buildings, enhance residents’ comfort and health conditions, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
