越百混合麥芽威士忌來自信州蒸餾所附近的越百山，結合了信州蒸餾所的單一麥芽原酒與蘇格蘭的麥芽原酒。一打開便能聞到蜂蜜、焦糖、煙燻及果皮香氣，口感圓滑、帶果香尾韻有青草氣與木質調。
Mars Maltage Cosmo comes from Kosumoyama near the Shinshu Distillery, combining single malt whisky from the Shinshu Distillery with Scotch malt whisky. Upon opening, you can smell aromas of honey, caramel, smoke, and fruit peel. The palate is smooth with fruity notes and a grassy and woody finish.

酒莊莊主曾在法國武當莊園、美國作品一號當釀酒師，更是智利酒王的酒莊副總經理，是葡萄酒界的明星。2008年在智利成立自己的酒莊，實踐他的釀酒夢想。深石榴色的酒體，富有黑醋栗及薄荷香味，結構厚實而緊緻，卻有著優雅的單寧，加上產區本身的充裕陽光，高酒精度令葡萄酒香氣強烈而帶有柔和口感，毋須陳年即可飲用。

The owner of the winery has worked as a winemaker in Mouton-Rothschild in France and Opus One in the United States, and also the deputy general manager of Almaviva, one of the best wineries in Chile. In 2008, he established his own winery in Chile to practice his winemaking dream. Deep garnet-colored wine, rich in black currant and mint aromas, thick and compact structure, but elegant tannins, plus the abundant sunshine of the producing area itself, the high alcohol content makes the wine strong flavor, soft texture and easy to drink.

一班本港葡萄酒人士在首個以氣泡酒為主題品酒會上把此卡瓦獲頒「銀星」級別，認為此款酒性價比高，果香與檸檬香平衡，與法國香檳相同的製造方法，但也有酒廠的自己風格。這款作為半甜的卡瓦，活潑的質感除了是節日的必備酒款外，更是不同食物質感的百搭之選。

A group of local wine connoisseurs awarded this Cava a "Silver Star" at the first sparkling wine-themed wine tasting event in Hong Kong. They thought this wine was cost-effective, with a balanced fruity and lemony aroma. It was made in the same way as French champagne, but also with wineries' own style. As a semi-sweet cava, its lively texture is not only a must-have wine for festivals, but also a versatile choice for different food textures.
