Wheels up, lift off. We’ll deliver the project concept or strategy, and walk our clients through the rationale and process we took to achieve this direction. Together, we’ll discuss their questions and feedback.

Once we agree on the proposed way forward, we confirm on the best implementation plan.

co-pilot. The co-pilot term fits Tacct’s personality perfectly — someone who you can rely on when the captain isn’t available to do the job.

Accounting co-pilot



For a freelancer or a small business, keeping up with the business finances’ can be tedious. This tends to get in the way and distract from focusing on the business’ operations. In some cases, accounting takes a lower priority or even worse eats away from personal free time.

Tacct promises to change this and wants entrepreneurs to forget about accounting and outsource it to them so that business owners can focus on what they do best while taking back personal time and having peace of mind.

Tacct’s business is small which means that the service is personal and you’re always working with the people behind the business. We proposed the name Tacct as an amalgamation of the word tact — a show of skill and sensitivity towards difficult issues — and the abbreviation acct. which is often used as a shortened version of accounts or accountancy.

2️⃣ Planning

Time to sit down and pull all the pieces together. Here we decide what platform, channels or technologies are appropriate for our clients’ challenges.

We develop a strategy or action plan, which will take us to the next phases.

For visual references, we deliver this in a mood board and presentation, or as a wireframe or storyboard. We use these tools to discuss the mood of the project and engage in constructive conversations with our clients.

Custom logotype for Vaia.

Based on an already-designed font, we modified the word Vaia to give it a new personality. The wedge serifs were carefully designed to provide stability and add detail reminiscent of the classic typeface Copperplate Gothic with wider proportions. These proportions and the arched crossbars on the letter A give a sense of luxury and a timeless look.

Wake to wave

We created a motif that is inspired by the shapes that boats leave behind as they travel above water. This effect is called wake and starts forming in wavy lines which fade out into straight lines as they slowly disappear and blend into the surface of the water.
