Being part of Workshop 9, the closing session of the BWFR Leadership Program Ed. 7, was a meaningful reminder of what leadership growth truly looks like when people are given room to learn, pause and reflect, and evolve alongside one another.

It was genuinely inspiring to watch participants step up and share the projects they built throughout the program’s eight expert-led workshops along with the lessons learned, the challenges faced, and the personal discoveries that shaped their journeys.

What stood out most was the authenticity in the room - leaders stepping forward not with perfect answers, but with deeper understanding, stronger perspectives, and a genuine commitment to growth.

We are glad to share that we have officially launched our new offices in Malta. This location will serve as a key hub for our operational management and services, operating under our Dutch holdings to provide comprehensive coverage across the European region.

This move strengthens our service delivery for enterprise partners, integrating our Netherlands-based holding structure with an expanded operational presence in the Mediterranean.

​Our management team visited the facility this week to oversee the final launch phase and finalize our regional roadmap. While the mission was focused on establishing this new pillar of our operations, they also appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a bit of the Maltese sun.
