Junior Accountant and Payroll
We are a business development company, specialized in lead generation, sales and customer support which is looking for a hands-on Junior Accountant and Payroll who is responsible, organized individual, focused on the details, proactive and with analytic mindset to join us in our offices exchange in Malta and Cyprus.

Your Responsibilities
• Providing day to day support to the CFO
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Day to day employees update record and liaise with HR
• Assisting in the administration and bookkeeping
• Sorting and filing of invoices and other documents
• Processing of payments and general banking knowledge
• Assisting in the bank reconciliations
• Providing support to the Auditor
• Assisting in other general duties as the need arises
The ideal candidate must
• Qualification in Accountancy (University or an ACCA qualification will be an asset)
• Have previous experience at least of one year in a similar role
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be in Malta
The ideal candidate must be organized, have excellent problem-solving skills, and can work on his/her own initiative. S/he must be able to plan and deal with unexpected changes on a day-to-day basis and must be able to work with tight deadlines.
Salary 20,000 to 22,000 GROSS. Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Affiliate Marketing Manager
We are a business development company, specializing in lead generation, sales, and customer support, which is looking for a self-starter and ambitious, looking for success Affiliate Marketing Manager for our offices’ exchange in Malta and Cyprus.
The position includes:
- Develop marketing plans and manage budgets based on budgets requirements
- Experience in hunting and recruiting new affiliate/media sources, negotiating with publishers for the best deal
- Manage online campaigns while keeping ROI positive, Campaign management, ads operations, add trafficking and billing
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Creativity in building new campaigns and designs closely with the creative team
- Negotiate rates with media sales companies to obtain the most competitive prices.
- Experience in managing multiply campaign models (CPL, CPA, CPM, CPC…) based on the company’s potential revenue
- Optimize and analyze data in order to maximize revenue opportunities and reach campaign objectives.
- Running campaigns on multiple external platforms with high volume budgets and experience working with 3rd party tracking systems and CRMs (DFP etc)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
- Develop and manage website content
- Find and target audiences
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Experience working in the English and Spanish Market is a must
Requirements:
- BA degree in Marketing or fields related
- English High Level is a must, Spanish, Italian, and other languages, are a plus
- Experience in Social Media and Forex will be considered an advantage
- Experience in Media buying and Affiliate management from the financial online industry
- Experience of Native Adv on Taboola and Outbrain, also able to improve the performance marketing for Native, Email, and SMS campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills, including Google, Excel, PowerBI, and Taboola
- Word-Press and HTML skills to create websites or landing pages
- Photoshop or any graphic software to create contents
- Effective sales and high negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities

We are a business development company, specialized in lead generation, sales and customer support which is looking for a hands-on IT Manager who will be responsible particularly of the corporate group IT Systems and the different IT platforms in our offices exchange in Malta and Cyprus. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver an organized individual who is capable of troubleshooting issues on the latest technologies hardware and software as well as managing user networks, servers, PCs, and Layer 1and 2 devices, among others.

Responsibilities

- Provide support mainly for first and second level
- Maintain and troubleshooting on workstations, servers, networking equipment, software Office 365, CRM, Calling Systems, and others
- Plan and execute the strategies in both hardware and software

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be in possession of:

- Microsoft 365, CRM Dynamics, VoIP systems, Office 365
- Certification in Microsoft cloud technologies would be considered an asset
- Diploma in IT mainly focusing on the system management side
- Experience in using a ticketing system for support management
- Can communicate efficiently in English. Spanish and Italian would be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of IT Systems and is used to work in an office environment
- Should already have experience in a similar post ideally a minimum of 3 years
- Should have experience working on the latest Microsoft server OS
- Basic knowledge using the Microsoft 365 suite, Azure and SharePoint Online
- Be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects
- You must be eligible to work in Europe to apply for this job
