1. We are not responsible for content errors after the client has approved files/artwork for printing.

2. Personalized job returns are not accepted.

Providing high-quality printing services for garments, personalised gifts, stickers, signage, edible prints, and business stationery including business cards, letterheads, and flyers. The client has to pay the charges to ''fix'' the error when it is fixable.

3. Charges will apply to personalized material if you cancel an order.

4. Adjustments on personalized material can only be made if the production of the job has not started yet.

Dear Clients,

Due to personal reasons, I will need to reduce the shop's opening hours.

For this week only, the shop will be open on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Please note that during this period I will have limited time to complete jobs between these opening days.

From 8th June onwards, the shop's opening days will be:
Monday 5pm-7pm
Tuesday 5pm-7pm
Thursday 5pm-7pm
Saturday 8:30am-12pm

Kindly also note that, due to these reduced working hours, all orders may take up to 10 working days to be completed (excluding days when the shop is closed).

To avoid disappointment, please do not leave your orders until the last week before they are required. Your understanding, patience, and continued support are greatly appreciated.
