Our aim is to foster and empower entrepreneurship in Malta by providing comprehensive support and promoting a thriving ecosystem for startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and freelancers. We promote a growth mindset and strive in fostering and enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit. At FPEI, we believe that entrepreneurship is the catalyst for innovation, economic growth, and societal development. We strive to create an environment that nurtures and encourages aspiring entrepreneurs, guiding them towards success. Through our workshops, projects, and services, we aim to equip individuals and businesses with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to thrive in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship. Vicky is a Malta-based marketing professional with over 30 years of experience in marketing, business development, brand building and corporate event organisation. She is behind Gifts That Matter – The Corporate Gifts Specialists, and is also associated with Market Matters, a marketing agency offering strategic marketing, PR, social media, event management and customer experience services.

In this session, Vicky will help participants think more confidently about the value of their creative work, pricing structures, and ways to turn creative skills into more sustainable income opportunities.

Pia is an actor, director and communication coach with over 25 years of experience helping people communicate with authenticity, presence and confidence. A well-known figure in Malta’s theatre scene, her work brings together performance, voice, body language and the art of genuine connection.

In this session, Pia will help participants explore how storytelling and branding can support the way they communicate their value, shape their creative identity and connect more clearly with their audiences.

Dr Rizzo is an intellectual property lawyer and founder of RIZZO, a Malta-based consultancy working closely with the creative industry and creative entrepreneurs. Her work focuses on copyright, design rights, trade marks, patents, database rights and licensing, with experience across media, entertainment, music, publishing, film, theatre and heritage law.

In this session, she will help participants understand the basics of protecting their creative output, managing rights, and approaching licensing with more confidence.
