☀ Today is International Day of Happiness, and here at Blexr, it's important to us that our team finds joy both in and out of work. We truly believe that when we find happiness in what we do, we perform at our best.

It’s International Women's Day - a fantastic day to shout about diversity and the importance of building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels able to bring their A game so we can achieve better results.

We want to shout about that too because we absolutely believe in it. It’s our People Purpose; to create an environment for our people to find joy at work and enable them to be their very best whilst hitting the Blexr wins.

But we want to do more than that; we want to live it! We do have some great stories to share of the wonderful colleagues we have across the business as the week goes on but for now, we’re going to let our metrics speak for themselves and show we can walk the walk before we share the talk 😉
