We're seeking a strategic Media Planner & Buyer to develop and execute integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning
- Develop data-driven media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Identify target audiences and select optimal channels, timing, and frequency
- Collaborate with creative and account teams for campaign consistency
📺 Media Buying
- Negotiate rates, placements, and value-added opportunities with media vendors (TV, radio, print, digital, OOH)
- Manage media budgets and oversee bookings, trafficking, and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners
📊 Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance across platforms
- Provide post-campaign evaluations and optimization recommendations
- Work with analytics team to refine targeting and improve ROI
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in media planning and buying
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes
- Proven negotiation skills and budget management
- Proficiency with media planning tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
