About me: I am Jo-Ann and I have a Bachelor of Arts specialised in Communications from Monash University in Australia. I was lucky enough to be studying in this outstanding university when Facebook and Youtube were launched, earning an early specialised knowledge in this field. I started my career at Datacom Systems in Melbourne, where I have worked for 3 years in the Communications department on the Dun&Bradstreet account.
