1.1 The following condition of sale shall apply to all our present and future contracts for deliveries and other services.
1.2 Products mentioned on the receipt do not have any warranty cover.
1.3 We shall reserve the right to make price adjustments if wage rates or material prices change between the date of the order
confirmation and the contractual performance of the contract. We shall be bound to the price stated in the order confirmation for a period of three months after the effective date of the price increase.
1.4 We shall be entitled to make deliveries of pending orders dependent upon settlement of outstanding claims.
1.5 If an agreed delivery date is met by more than 30 days, the buyer shall be obliged to set us a reasonable period of grace. The buyer may only withdraw from the contract if our goods have not been delivered by the end of the said period of grace. Compensation claims for non-performance, delayed performance or any consequential losses shall be excluded unless there was gross negligence on our part.
1.6 The buyer shall be required to inspect installation or deliveries by PrintHubMauritius team. If the goods do not comply with the order, the client shall be obliged to notify the aforesaid to us in writing immediately. Later complaints shall not be recognized.
1.8 This document shall be subject to change without notice.
1.9 Goods sold are not returnable nor exchangeable, until the goods have been fully paid, they remain the property of PrintHubMauritius. All legal fees, and charges will be boned by the customer.
2.0 Orders not collected or pickup by the customer within 10 days as from the date of reservation / order are automatically canceled forfeiting all deposits made and the goods will be put back on sale 3 days later. Cancellation fees will be charged.
2.1 No verbal promises are accepted and any additional instructions or agreement shall be clearly mentioned on paper.
2.2 On order cancellation by the customer, the amount deposited is not refundable but is used to purchase another item.
