We are looking for a passionate, energetic Social Media Executive to join our team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
◾️Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
◾️Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
◾️Monitor the traffic and generate reports.
◾️Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
◾️Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
◾️Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
◾️Follow up closely with the Directors for deliverables to multiple clients.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
◾️Diploma in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
◾️Excellent verbal and written communication skills required (French & English).
◾️Attention to detail and proactive.
◾️Able to handle tight deadline and maintain high standards of work.
