Throughout April, our Head Office launched its 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 which brought our teams together through a series of engaging activities and awareness sessions dedicated to well-being.

From a BMI testing & health checks, talk by a naturopath, anti-drug awareness session by 𝗔𝗗𝗦𝗨, blood donation, eye health awareness talk & visual screening by Mathieu Opticien, to our final session on emotions and self-care by our In-House Psychologist, each activity was designed to support both the personal and professional well-being of our employees.

We thank all employees who participated, as well as the speakers and partner organisations who helped make 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 a meaningful and successful initiative.
