Over the past years, I have increasingly been asked to step in where property and maintenance issues start consuming management time and budgets.
I now offer independent Property & Cost Control Oversight for multi-outlet operators, working alongside existing teams, contractors and landlords β without replacing them.
The role is simple and structured:
β’ monitoring property and maintenance issues
β’ coordinating contractors and follow-ups
β’ reviewing quotations before commitment
β’ identifying recurring problems and unnecessary costs
β’ acting as a single point of oversight for management
This is not project management, and it is not daily site supervision.
It is advisory, control-focused, and designed to bring clarity, discipline and continuity to property-related decisions.
I also act independently during refurbishments and new openings, providing cost control and advisory support at key stages β without getting involved in ex*****on.
