Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and Creative Project Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all our commercial projects while also crafting scripts, content, and leading our freelance copywriters.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple commercial projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate and collaborate with the creative, production, and client service teams.
Write engaging scripts for video commercials, radio spots, and other content as required.
Proofread, edit, and ensure the quality of all copy before it goes to the client.
Lead and mentor freelance copywriters to ensure consistency in tone and messaging across projects.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.
Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in an advertising or media environment.
Strong copywriting skills with a flair for creating compelling content.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills to lead freelance writers and coordinate multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
