It was an eventful and powerful week as we successfully onboarded and inducted a new members into the family; Track Safety Social Monitors from Machinga, Balaka, Neno, Mwanza and Chikwawa, strengthening our rail‑safety mission in partnership with Nacala Logistics Malawi
Our sessions in Liwonde and Manza were more than training; they were a statement of who we are becoming. With Old Mutual and Malawi presenting on pension, group life and medical insurance benefits, we reaffirmed our commitment to transparent systems, serious people management, and a workplace that values every individual.
