This activation’s touch points are wholesale outlets across selected cities, Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu and cash van sales across the country. The Sta Soft sachet is become a hit in Malawi since its introduction about two years ago.

A few weeks ago, we had the privilege of helping our clients , NICO Life and TNM , who launch a new product called Tilitonse Funeral Cover, an embedded funeral cover designed to provide affordable and accessible insurance solutions.

The product was officially launched on Saturday, 13th September 2025, at Chilimampunga Ground in Mtandire in Lilongwe , marking a significant step in expanding financial inclusion and support for Malawians. Post the launch , our activation teams have been going around the country driving product uptake through one to one engagement.
