Based in T/A Mponda, Mangochi, we are committed to providing sustainable potable water and sanitation services to the community.

Notice: KUKWERA MITENGO YA MADZI - KWUA

Ife a KWUA tikweza mitengo ya madzi kuti tipitilize kukonza ndi kupitiliza kupereka ntchito yabwino, popeza madzi ndi moyo. Zimenezi zathandizanso kuti tisamalire ndi kupopera madzi aukhondo mokwanira.

Mitengo iyi ikugwira ntchito pa mabilo a July-August 2026.

1. MITENGO YATSOPANO

· Pakhomo (MK/M3): MK1,110 (kuchokera MK850)
· Malonda (Commercial) (MK/M3): MK1,370 (kuchokera MK1,050)
· Kioski: MK1,500 (kuchokera MK750)
· Meter Fee (pakhomo): MK1,000/mwezi (kuchokera MK500)
· Meter Fee (Commercial): MK1,500/mwezi (kuchokera MK1,000)

2. KUYITANITSA MADZI PA MTUNDA WA 24M (MINIMUM DISTANCE)

· 20mm paipi: MK95,000 (kuchokera MK75,600)
· 25mm paipi: MK99,500 (kuchokera MK80,600)

3. CHINDAPUSA

· Kulumikizanso madzi akadulidwa: MK5,000

KULIPIRA: Imbani *211 # → 3 → 3 → 1 (KWUA). Ikani nambala yanu ya MHMD ngati reference kuti malipiro anu alembedwe bwino.

KWUA imagwiritsa ntchito njira ya postpaid (mumagwiritsa ntchito madzi kaye, kenako mumalipira).

Momwe zimayendera:
21 February – 20 March
→ Nthawi yogwiritsa ntchito madzi
21 March – 20 April
→ Nthawi yolipira madzi omwe adagwiritsidwa ntchito
Chikumbutso:
Lero, pa 20 April, ndi tsiku lomaliza lolipira bill ya madzi ya nthawi yapitayo.

Tikupempha makasitomala onse kulipira lero kuti apewe kudulidwa kwa madzi.

Dear customers,

KWUA would like to inform you that, due to ongoing operational challenges, the water supply may experience intermittent interruptions. To ensure fair access, water distribution will be rationalised.
More information regarding the rationing schedule will be communicated shortly.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to collect and store water whenever it is available.

We know water has been unpredictable, and some people leave taps open so they don’t miss it when it starts.

Unfortunately, unattended open taps can waste a lot of water in a short time, affecting supply for others.

Please remember to close taps when leaving and open them only when water is available.
