I started MCLRF Ltd as a limited company back in 2019, though I had been working as a freelancer for several years before that.

The decision to create my own brand, to build my own company, had been ticking over in my mind for a long time, but it took the push from a good friend to make me dive in.

The benefits, and the responsibility, have been 10-fold. But every day I get up knowing that it was worth it.

Oh and for those of you who are wondering, it’s my initials. (First prize to the person who guesses all the middle names correctly.)

Before you begin to build business you have to have gut, grit, grind.⠀⠀
It doesn’t fall in your lap.⠀⠀
You won’t “get lucky”.⠀⠀
You do have to push yourself.⠀⠀
It’s that can-do attitude all the day, all the time, asking what you’re going to do next, making sure you’re going the extra mile, always going for the next step, the next thing, the next bit of growth, and if you were standing next to you, you would drive yourself crazy with it.⠀⠀
That’s what you gotta live with.
