I remember watching Braveheart alone at the movie theater. I was supposed to go with a friend, but he couldn’t make it, and my mom had already dropped me off. It feels like a lifetime ago. That film left a strong impression on me, even though now I understand the real story of William Wallace has little (if anything) to do with what we saw on screen.

In fact, the true story and the movie basically only have one thing in common: there was a guy named William Wallace… and that’s about it 😂😂.

Still, it was a personal milestone. A story that captivated me as a teenager, and years later led me to travel and experience that place for real—far from the screen, and much closer to the truth.

It all starts small and with an idea — with a simple “let’s do this,” with a couple of people who believe in you and in what you want to create.

So, you begin. You do your best, even when things don’t go as planned, even when the mistakes pile up, even when you’re not sure if it’s working. You move through doubt, take imperfect action, and slowly, you gain strength.

That strength comes from the people you help — from their stories, from their words of gratitude, from the hugs, the emails, the messages that say “thank you.” Thank you because they finally understood. Because they gave themselves permission to look within. Because now they have tools. Because you were there to guide them through a season of challenge, of transformation, of awakening.

That’s the power of your message. That’s the impact of your knowledge. Because health and wellness businesses online don’t need to start big — they just need to start. And even from humble beginnings, they can change thousands of lives.

The world needs your message. The world needs you to believe in yourself.
