Phone salesperson in Querétaro or San Miguel de Allende
Prefixa is a high-tech creative studio located in Queretaro, Mexico, with presence in Silicon Valley and in France. We specialize in advanced visualization solutions, software development, and industrial design consulting.
Prefixa is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing specialist to join our team in Queretaro who could work from Queretaro or San Miguel de Allende. The position is to consolidate our 3D visualization offer of digital photography (renders), Augmented / Virtual Reality content creation and 3D App development. Main markets covered: architecture, digital art and industrial design for the United States region.
Responsibilities
•Lead generation and sales, to reach potential prospects using cold calling and a provided database, supported by email, web pages, social media, digital media, following a provided campaign plan, in coordination with our California office.
•Answering incoming product/service inquiries from company advertising.
•Providing weekly marketing summary reports from daily outreach and incoming call data.
•Working closely with main officers for ongoing sales efforts, enabling the company to meet our commercial objectives
•Marketing and sales worldwide, mainly in English
•Coordinating with company teams on the sales - production - delivery steps
Qualifications
•International business-to-business (B2B) marketing and sales experience (ideally to the US).
•Excellent phone voice and communication skills
•Proven sales track record
•Teamwork, coordination, project management and planning expertise
•Sales cycle follow up and sales closing expertise
•Responsible for his/her own sales pipeline
•Experience using ZOHO CRM software
•Familiar with digital (3D and XR) platforms analytics is an asset
•Able to work with Microsoft Office software, PC based computers, email and social media.
Required profile:
•Bachelor’s degree or a college degree in management, marketing and/or communication.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing/sales role.
•Proven track record in B2B Phone Sales.
•Excellent verbal and written English skills.
•Confident and outgoing personality.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Well organized and self-motivated.
•Team-oriented with positive attitude.
•Ability to work effectively in coordination with our design teams.
Compensation
We offer base salary (15 to 30,000 pesos monthly) and benefits, plus a sales commission structure, in addition to a special bonus reward system based on achievements beyond company sales expectations.
