·Realizar procesos de validación de la persona que se está entrevistando, para garantizar que se entreviste a la persona adecuada de acuerdo con el perfil del cliente

·Crear estadísticas y matrices de monitoreo

·Procesar y organizar la información consolidada del monitoreo de las llamadas

·Dar retroalimentación y coaching a los integrantes del Call center

·Apoyo en el desempeño del área operativa implementando mejoras en la operación

·Crear estrategias para prevenir cualquier tipo de fraude y corrupción identificándolos y reportándolos de manera oportuna

·Desarrollar planes de capacitación, motivación y mejora en el servicio

·Creación de manuales de capacitación y procedimientos

·Apoyo en auditorías de calidad
