The #1 best cold email follow up strategy (if your first message goes unanswered)

The natural impulse to an ignored message is to message prospects until they write back.

But random sprays rarely work...

Here’s a smarter 3-part follow-up framework that converts:

Step 1: Send a text/video recapping your initial email. Multi-channel touchpoints get better results.

Step 2: Share social proof of happy customer wins. Build confidence you can deliver value.

Step 3: Make saying yes ridiculously easy by offering them free value.

The key is gently nurturing cold contacts through value, not sales asks...

This warms up even the iciest prospect!

With the right strategy, non-replies turn into business!

Please share this with anyone you know who is currently doing cold email but not having much success.

It does not matter how hard you work. The only thing that matters is the results.

First impressions are everything. But making them last is the real challenge.

Steal this sheet to make every candidate say, "Wow, I want in!":

1. Show you care: From the first click to the final offer, every step should scream, "We value you!"

2. Engage their interest: Let your job ads tell the vibrant story of your team. Make them feel the excitement.

3. Ease their path: A smooth application process signals you respect their effort.

4. Engage and assess: Replace mundane interviews with engaging challenges. Let them shine.

5. Keep it real: Speedy, transparent communication is key. Always provide constructive feedback.

6. Celebrate the offer: Make it personal, make it exciting.

7. Welcome them right: An onboarding that sets them up for success from day one.

Leaders, remember:

Every touchpoint is a chance to impress, connect, and inspire.

B. Skim over previous communication – To pick up on any important details or pain points discussed earlier.

C. Focus on your value proposition – Refresh on key points to clearly articulate how you can help.

D. Prepare questions – Having insightful questions ready to engage the prospect and uncover needs.

Here’s a quick hack you can use to instantly 10x your results with cold outreach on Facebook or LinkedIn:

Always remind yourself you’re talking to a human.

Most of you forget that you’re talking to a human behind a screen, and you send outreach messages as if you’re talking to a robot.

Here’s a quick tip you can do to make your messages sound more natural:

1. Go up to a friend, co-worker, or spouse.

2. Randomly say your outreach script out loud

If they give you a weird/confused look… revise and repeat this process until they don’t.

Watch how FAST your results improve after doing this practice.
Anything you do specifically to sound more human when doing outreach yourself?

7 Things You Should Be Doing On Facebook And LinkedIn Every Day

1. See a post you like?
↳ Don't just "like". Comment too.

2. See a post with zero likes?
↳ Be the 1st person that shows love

3. Someone tags you in a comment?
↳ Do your best to respond + thank them

4. Commenting on a post you (really) like?
Leave 4 comments in total (1 main + 3 replies)

5. Have zero clue what to comment on a post?
↳ Tag the author + leave a message of support

6. See a "small" profile publish "great" content?
↳ Show support regardless of the size of “their" follower count

7. Support every person regardless - everywhere
↳ Let every person online be your "walking referral"

Remember: It costs $0 to support others online.

I've always been fascinated with successful people in every type of business and industry.

Their habits
Their mindset
Their little quirks

But recently I've really been intrigued on learning why people may fail... Here's a couple of the reasons that I've found so far:

1️⃣ Ego

As Epictetus says "It's impossible for a person to begin to learn what he thinks he already knows"

Right when you think you've got it all figured out... take a step back and check yourself

2️⃣ Timeline

People that think in years + decades are more likely to succeed than those that think in days + months

3️⃣ Conviction + Self-belief

A common trait I've witnessed amongst highly successful entrepreneurs is their INSANE self-belief (almost delusional to a point) and conviction in what they're working on.

But when you combine these three:

A MASSIVE sense of humility (most important one) + an extended timeline + radical self belief

I'd argue that you reduce the chance of failing by 90% or more.

Another thing I've learned is that there's no silver bullet. All this stuff takes time, so patience is also a much needed virtue.
