🇲🇽🌎✈️ Reyna Invites You to Oaxaca!

I am so excited to announce that I will be hosting a trip to Oaxaca Mexico 😃 It is one of THE most culturally rich places in Mexico. I am inviting YOU to join me on this eventful trip coming up in October. The itinerary is jam packed with incredible activities planned by ITA Global Travel.

I traveled with ITA to Colombia and the trip was EPIC. Everything was so detailed and well though out. I am super excited to host this trip and hopefully you can experience it too.

🌱 Navigating the world as a Latina entrepreneur is hard, the world seems to be against you at all odds, once conquered it feels like the world is at your fingertips, but then comes the toughest role of them all,

Because before you are a Latina entrepreneur you are a Latina living in a tight-knit Hispanic household.

In this podcast episode, I discuss a certain generational trauma that may be hidden in your family as well.

It can be one of the hardest things to do because no one wants to leave the comfort and warmth that our family home provides. But what do we do when we are making good money, becoming financially literate, and testing the limits. We want space, a change in energy and air. Usually (not always) the women in our families move out when they get married or decide unexpectantly to start a family, but why does it feel that way. Why can’t Latina women decide when it’s time for them to start their dream and move out when they want to without the pressure of leaving with a man.

In this episode I discuss my journey on moving out as a Latina woman, becoming more financially literate, and breaking a generational trauma, along with other things.

Reyna’s Tuesday Thoughts 💭 do not lower your own frequency just to make other people comfortable.

When you are working on yourself whether that’s working out, eating healthier, reading more, setting healthy boundaries, etc. You will have a whole different kind of vibe that maybe some people are not used to. Usually these people are not working on themselves and don’t understand your reason, but that’s okay. As long as your intentions are good and you’re doing you then keep going. Don’t stop and wait for them. Do not minimize your growth for them.

Usually this is also a sign you outgrew this tribe and you need to find another one.

💖 This is why I created Latina Lifestyle Legacy to be honest because I kept seeing first-generation Latina entrepreneurs get stuck and struggle to find like-minded just like them. This course and community is all about growth, creating a lifestyle that you want, growing your income and business, and not doing it all alone. I am so blessed to be part of the new members’ journey and watch them break barriers!

🧠 Change your mindset, change your LIFE!

Your mindset is a key factor on helping you accomplish your goals. It is important to feed your mind information that will help you level up and keep you from moving forward with your goals.

People always tell me I have a “go-getter” mindset, and I believe it is because I am very conscious what I allow to enter my mind. I am constantly learning and receiving information either from podcasts, books, coaches, and online courses - Anything that is going to motivate me to keep going and stay focused on my goals.

💡 Be mindful of what you listen to, what you watch, and who you spend time with - all of this play a major role in your life and mindset.
