Maaf semua, pihak kilang lantikan MARDI promise us 20,000 unit minggu ni, setakat semalam dah terima sebanyak 3,000 unit. insyaAllah semua akan settel by this week as they promised.

we are still pending postage untuk 17,000 units; meaning +-17,000 customers yang whatsapp our customer service setiap hari, again maaf kalau sangat-sangat lambat reply 🙁

bab stock ni memang diluar kawalan kami sebagai agen jualan, setiap hari kami followup kilang lantikan MARDI untuk percepatkan proses ini, thats all we can do.

sory semua. minggu lepas and minggu ni postage punya agak perlahan sebab permintaan diluar jangkaan. but then harini all 15packing team akan OT smpai 10malam, and will post out all delayed order.. so suppose by today semua dah back to normal 1-3days 🙂
