Your employees have access to AI.

But are they actually using it or just occasionally trying it?
There's a difference. A big one.

Access = they know where the tool is.

Adoption = they use it as part of how they actually work.

Right now, most employees are using AI for the basics:
✦ Summarizing emails
✦ Rewriting messages
✦ Cleaning up documents

That's a start. But it's also the lowest-value use.

The real productivity gains come from:
→ Building reusable prompts for recurring tasks
→ Customizing AI outputs to match their communication style
→ Using AI to analyze, plan, and support decisions — not just to type faster

The gap between where most employees are and where they could be?

It's not motivation. It's confidence and practical experience.
When AI stays a "nice to have" instead of becoming a natural part of daily work, the initiative generates excitement — but not behavior change.

That's the difference between an AI rollout and an AI transformation.
