🩸捐血条件:
1. 年龄17 至 70 岁的男女。
2. 17 岁者需获父母同意书，60岁以上须是常年捐血者及有近期医药报告。
3. 体重逾45公斤，身体健康。
4. 捐血当天睡眠足5个小时。
5. 捐血前吃适量的餐食，避免空腹。
6. 身份证/驾驶执照/有身份证号码及相片的学生卡正本(大马人)。
7. 在大马居住超过一年的外国人或外劳须呈上护照正本。
8. 在大马居住超过一年的外劳, 回去他们的家乡超过2个星期，不可以捐血，若少过2个星期，可以捐血。
9. 捐血前夕的 24 小时内不饮酒或含酒精的饮料，不服食Panadol或非必要的成药或中药。
10. 高血压患者和吃药的糖尿病患想要捐血，请带来目前吃着的药物或拍照给血库医生看。
11. 与上一次捐血必须相隔3个月。
12. 无牵涉任何不适当的高风险性行为。
13. 女性：没有怀孕、哺乳或月经期中。
14. 针灸治疗必须要3个月后才能捐血。
🩷 主办方温馨安排:
🚗1. 距离观音亭600m的宝康医院(Beacon Hospital) ，慷慨惠借医院的职员停车场让捐血者泊车。我们在医院停车场处，特安排短程接驳车载大众/捐血者来回观音亭大门口。
🚗2. 主办方也在观音亭方圆2公里内，安排短程接驳车载送大众来回观音亭大门口。
🥳3. 主办方特设安亲园地，帮忙照顾孩子们。

🩸Blood Donation Criteria
1. You are eligible to donate blood if in good health and age from 17 to 70 years old.
2. 17 years old require parent’s or guardian’s written consent, while those over 60 must be regular blood donors and require a yearly health screening.
3. Weigh at least 45 kg, have a healthy lifestyle and in good physical health.
4. Minimum 5 hours of sleep.
5. Taken a meal within 4 hours before donation.
6. Original copy of Identity card, Driving license, or Student card with a photo and NRIC (for Malaysians).
7. Foreigners who have resided in Malaysia for more than one year must present their original passports.
8. Foreign workers who already stay at least one year and returned to their home country for more than 2 weeks cannot donate blood. They can donate blood if it is less than 2 weeks.
9. Do not drink alcohol or alcohol-containing beverages, take Panadol, non-essential prescription or traditional Chinese medicine within 24 hours before blood donation.
10. Hypertensive or Diabetic patients who are taking medication and wish to donate blood must bring or take a picture of their current medication to show the doctor.
11. Interval of at least 3 months from your last donation (whole blood).
12. No involvement in any inappropriate high-risk behavior.
13. Female donors that are pregnant, breastfeeding and menstruating should not donate blood.
14. If you have received acupuncture treatment, you must wait for 3 months before donating blood.
🩷 Special Arrangement by the Organizer:
🚗Beacon Hospital,located just 600 meters from the temple,has generuously allowed blood donors to use its staff parking area. A short-distance shuttle service will be arranged at the hospital parking area to transport the donors and the public to the temple's main entrance.
🚗The organizer will also provide shuttle services within a 2 km radius to and from the main entrance of KIT temple.
🥳A special childcare area has been set up to help look after the children.
