[Announcement] Mandatory 2FA Setup Required for Account Access (Effective 11 May 2026)
We would like to inform you that Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be mandatory for all user accounts on our platform starting Monday, 11 May 2026.
Beginning on this date, access to the Client Portal will be restricted until 2FA is successfully configured. If your account has not been set up yet, you will be guided to complete the process immediately after login. You will only be able to proceed once the setup is completed.
This requirement is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen account security and protect your data from unauthorized access.
What you should expect:
- Starting 11 May 2026, you will be prompted to set up 2FA upon login (if not already done)
- Portal access will be limited until the setup is completed
- Once activated, future logins will require a verification code
We recommend completing the setup at your earliest convenience to ensure uninterrupted access to your account.
