Congratulations to our Founder, Nora Dato' Rahmat, a distinguished figure recognized within the prestigious 100 Wanita Inspirasi Nasional (100 National Inspirational Women) initiative.

This project, a significant collaboration between IKS ita Sabah and Lincoln University College, serves as both an award platform and a biographical compendium celebrating women who have made monumental shifts in their respective industries.

The synergy between her Tokoh Perantis 2025 title ", PERANTIS (Women’s Leadership Apprenticeship Program), a high-impact initiative by the Ministry of Women, Family, and Community Development (KPWKM) and her feature in the 100 Wanita Inspirasi Nasional book creates a comprehensive portrait of her influence.

Wanita Inspirasi Negara (WIN), is a project led by Datuk Dg Hajah Khatijah binti Datu Haji Bachtiyal (President of IKSnita Sabah) and Prof. Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Abdullah (Lincoln University).

Pada Sesi Ketiga (3) Program Kepimpinan Wanita Global, Tokoh PERANTIS, Puan Norafizah binti Dato’ Rahmat telah mengadakan sesi 𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 bagi setiap kumpulan. Sesi ini memberi peluang kepada peserta untuk membentangkan perancangan program masing-masing di hadapan barisan panel yang berpotensi bagi menjalin kerjasama dan kolaborasi strategik.

Antara barisan panel yang dijemput pada sesi 𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 tersebut ialah Dato’ Seri Zubir bin Mohd Said, Presiden Pertubuhan Usahawan Nusantara Johor, Encik Prakash Maniam, Pengarah Strategi Keadilan Negeri Johor, Encik Hong Kean Kok, Presiden International Business Alliance, Puan Soraya Gilmour Alkaff, Pengasas Pertubuhan Kebajikan Surya Bakti, Encik Hafedz Bohari, Pensyarah Kolej Universiti Yayasan Pelajaran Johor, Encik Aris Kamal, Pengurus My Iskandar Sdn. Bhd dan Encik Mustapha Kamal Mohamed, Ketua Pegawai Pemasaran Loft & Brown.

Melalui sesi ini, peserta berpeluang menerima maklum balas dan perkongsian idea daripada panel yang berpengalaman, serta dapat memperkukuh jaringan kerjasama strategik antara peserta dan barisan panel bagi merealisasikan perancangan program yang lebih berkesan.

Pejabat Pembangunan Wanita Negeri (PPWN) Johor telah menerima kunjungan daripada Puan Norafizah Binti Dato' Rahmat yang merupakan salah seorang tokoh PERANTIS tahun 2025 dan sedang melaksanakan Program Kepimpinan Wanita Global

Kunjungan kepada Pengarah PPWN Johor ini juga turut dihadiri oleh beberapa wakil kumpulan daripada peserta program PERANTIS tersebut iaitu Puan Norazreen Binti Ahmad, Puan Chan Yoon Lian dan Cik Siti Nur Zulaiha binti Mohd Dailani.

Kunjungan ini diadakan untuk melihat potensi kolaborasi program di antara kumpulan peserta program dengan pihak PPWN Johor termasuk mana-mana organisasi kerajaan dan swasta. Sesi pitching kepada panel akan dilaksanakan pada 8 Februari 2026.

PPWN Johor akan sentiasa menyokong pelaksanaan program-program di bawah agenda pemerkasaan wanita khususnya di Negeri Johor.
