Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Manager in both traditional (Door-to-Door Canvassing, Telemarketing, etc.) & digital marketing (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, etc.) activities.
- Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities within the deadline.
- Build awareness of and develop the Tricomas brand & Managed Print Services (MPS) in the market.
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts through both traditional & digital channels.
- Communicate effectively with target audiences to educate & promote applicable solutions.
- Assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
- Produce creative content including videos, posts to maximize engagement and conversions etc.
- Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
- Organise events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Liaise with designers and printers & organise photoshoots.
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases using CRM Software.
- Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Marketing [preferred].
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data visualization.
- Hands-on & ready to manage constantly developing requirements.
- Commit to an agreed deadline and deliver on time.
- Comfortable working in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly analytical.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
