🚨 很多 HR 都以为 Passport 还有一年就可以 Renewal Permit，其实不一定！

更新外劳 Permit 时，护照通常必须至少还有 12 个月有效期。如果护照有效期不足，一般需要先更新护照，再办理 Permit Renewal。

📌 案例：
🛂 Passport Expiry：18/09/2027
📄 Permit Expiry：17/09/2026

❌ 一般不能直接 Renewal，因为办理时护照有效期通常已不足 12 个月。
另外，每个国家的护照更新流程与时间都不同，有的几天即可完成，有的则可能需要数周甚至数月。
建议尽早规划，避免影响准证更新。

🚨 很多老板不知道，FOMEMA 不是安排体检就结束了。

曾经遇过不少案例，外劳在正式 FOMEMA 体检后才发现健康问题，结果影响准证申请或更新，甚至在严重个案中，可能需要依照相关规定办理后续离境程序。

💡 我的建议：

在安排正式 FOMEMA 前，可以先进行 Pre-Test（预检）。

为什么？

✅ 提前了解员工身体状况
✅ 发现问题可尽早咨询医生并处理（如适用）
✅ 降低正式 FOMEMA 不通过的风险
✅ 减少企业不必要的时间与处理成本
