This job was awarded to us by the CD Events team for TM (MAIWP) and needed to be completed within 10 days before the event. We managed to sell the storyline, execute immediately, and the outcome was decent for an event gambit video, using a mix of AI and real production shoot footage.

Our latest Merdeka film, produced in collaboration with CD Advertising, tells the story of Farrah, a student who chooses her father, a humble restaurant owner, as her Malaysian hero. Through her eyes, we see his journey of resilience, perseverance, and love, supported by CGC along the way.

This film celebrates the everyday heroes behind MSMEs, the heartbeat of Malaysia’s economy, whose grit and ambition build our nation’s future. 🇲🇾✨

When we received the brief, we knew we needed to help produce this short film for our close friend's startup. As a new startup, the budget is always something we can't treat like a typical client budget, but we believe in the idea behind it. The product, Hoolo from KIYN Technologies, is derived from the Malay slang 'Hulur.' The concept involves getting Malaysian schools to participate in the Hoolo website, which serves as a platform for Malaysians to donate money to any PIBGs for various student activities. It's a noble idea, which is why we proceeded without questioning the budget. This short film was directed by our own Creative Director, Mr. アゼル カルネン.
