1️⃣ 你不用先付一笔学费

值多少钱，你自己 judge。我只讲一样：你不需要先给钱，才拿得到。

2️⃣ 你不用再走一次我走过的路

那个顺序，我摸了很久才摸出来。你跟着跑就可以了。
省到的不只是钱，是时间。

3️⃣ 你会看到一件你以为自己做不到的事

不是把 ChatGPT 拿来聊天罢了。
是你自己做一个 agent，把流程 automate 掉，甚至做出一个你自己的 product。
这些我不会留一手。

我知道现在很多人手头紧，学东西这种事，排在最后面。
所以这一步，我先走。

一个人，一间公司。这个是真的做得到的。

👉 怎么拿，四个步骤：

1. 留言「OPC」

For years my answer to everything was wake up earlier.

More hours. More notes in the phone.

I called it discipline.

It was really me being the only person in the business.

What changed was not a better system.

It was noticing how much of my week did not need me at all.

Not the thinking. The moving.

Drafting, sorting, chasing, formatting, remembering.

So I stopped putting myself on those jobs and handed them over.

One agent writes. One researches.

One reads my calendar.

Small, boring, and running whether I am at the desk or sitting in the school pickup line.

I am still one person.

The work stopped moving like one person.

$6,300 in 44 days. Roughly RM30,000.

That’s my AI bill. No office, no staff, no inventory.

Just tokens. 6.1 billion of them, about 138 million a day, which apparently puts me at #165 globally across Claude and Codex.

Most of it was wasted.

Wrong turns, dead ends, work I threw away.

The bill is not a scoreboard.

It’s mostly a record of being wrong, quickly, over and over.

Here’s what the wrong bought.

I’m an OPC.

I’m also the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer), the one who sits inside the client’s business, watches the actual mess, and builds the thing that fixes it.

Those two used to be a contradiction.

A solo shop couldn’t do forward deployment.

You needed analysts, engineers, and a PM to keep everyone pointed the same way.

Now $143 a day is less than one hour of a consultant who takes three months to hand you a PDF.

The tool is 10%. The system is 90%.

And the 90% is built out of the waste.

There’s no version of this where you skip that part and still get something that holds.
