I didnā€™t expect a 2-day workshop to hit me this hard.

It was supposed to be simple.
Teach AI.
Show tools.
Help business owners move faster.

But on Day 1, I saw confusion everywhere.
People staring at screens.
Quiet. And full of curiosity.

And honestlyā€¦ I felt it too.

Because AI sounds powerful.
But if you donā€™t understand it, it just feels overwhelming.

So we slowed down.

We broke it into real actions.
How to use AI for content.
How to turn attention into income.
How to actually write something people want to watch.

By demonstrating it and letting them try it.

Then,

Something shifted.

People started typing faster.

Asking better questions.

Smiling at their own results.

That moment stayed with me.

But the part that hit me the most?

Storytelling.

I thought I was just teaching it.
But when I applied itā€¦
When I saw how words could move peopleā€¦

I got emotional.ā˜ŗļø

Because this skill?
Itā€™s so underrated.
But it changes everything.

We learned a lot about how to teach AI in a way that makes sense for lawyers.

It was about understanding how the legal world works and how AI fits into it.

During the training, we connected everything to the

Real cases. Real concerns. Real changes in the legal industry.

We were not only teaching.
We were listening too.

There were many questions from the lawyers.
Good questions. Honest questions. Practical ones.

Those discussions mattered to us.
Because when people feel safe to ask, that is when real learning happens.

Every session like this gives us a quiet kind of satisfaction.
Knowing that we helped make AI clearer.

And more usable for their daily work.

Iā€™m truly honored to be invited by Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia Sabah Branch.

This was also my first talk of the year, a fresh start, and it meant a lot to me.

I understand the worries many parents have today.
Questions about their childrenā€™s future.
What to study.
What direction to take for the next 5 to 10 years.

This talk was designed for that reason.

Today, AI is everywhere.
Too much noise.
Too many opinions.
Too many people saying you must be technical or highly certified.

I wanted them to see AI clearly.

Starting with AI does not mean you must jump straight into deep technical paths like data science or software engineering.
Those paths are important, but they are not the only way.

What matters first is using AI in a practical way.
Understanding how it fits into daily work and thinking.
Even without certificates, people can still understand what AI is and how to use it wisely.

The key is mindset.
Embrace the technology instead of avoiding it.
AI is not something we can ignore.
This is a world of coexistence with AI.

Whether AI becomes good or bad depends on how we think and how we use it.

During the session, we also explored what AI can do today.
The capabilities are honestly quite crazy.
But at the same time, very interesting.

We are entering a world where knowing how to learn and adapt matters more than memorizing knowledge.

Before every class, we always take time to prepare well

This is something we take seriously, positively and we appreciate every opportunity, especially with Ministry of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Sabah.

We check our slides, update what is needed, and make sure the content fits our students.
For us, the goal is simple.

We just finished another AI training with
Jabatan Tanah dan Ukur Sabah

and what we saw in the room matters to us.

Curiosity. Effort. A bit of confusion at first.

Then slowly, the confidence came in.

This is the kind of moment we care about.
Not the slides. Not the tech talk.
But the look on someoneā€™s face when they finally understand how AI fits into their work.

Teach in a way people can use.
Make things clear.
Remove the pressure.
Show the real value.
Help everyone feel ready, not left behind.

The feedback was honest and meaningful.

Many said they now know how to apply AI in daily tasks.

Some said it finally feels simple.

That is the highest compliment for us.

Every time I watch researchers present their ideas, Iā€™m reminded of something important:
