Responsibility

We are looking for awesomely talented, dedicated, hardworking and most importantly fun personalities who are passionate about designing and developing new web /mobile applications and maintaining existing ones. Among other skills and things we would like you, our new Ruby guy or girl to do:
• Designing and developing new web applications
• Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications
• Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code
• Integrating data storage solutions
• Creating back-end components
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs
• Integrating user-facing elements designed by the front-end team
• Connecting applications with additional web servers
• Maintaining APIs
Requirement
In order to join this fun, tech and snack filled environment, here are a few skills we would like you to posses in order to get in synergy with the team.
• Experienced working with Ruby on Rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec

• Able to write clean Ruby code
• Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Github, SVN, and Mercurial
• Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, react js and CSS3
• Knowledge of server-side templating languages including Slim and Liquid

Responsibility

Handle all aspects of design including business proposals, policies, presentation slides, social media ads, and other forms of marketing material.

Work with the team to brainstorm and create a process flow as well as designs for User Interface (UI) for websites and/or mobile apps.

Able to work independently and assist in researching for the formulation of ideas for any upcoming project proposals or projects currently running.

Assist in sourcing and handling of print material which include business cards, t-shirts, car stickers, brochures, banners, and other materials as and when necessary.

Occasionally, create storyboards to pitch certain video ideas for marketing ads.
Being able to voice up feedback and ideas with the team to improve overall design, UX/UI, copywriting, concepts, and such.

Requirement

An excellent sense of art design and possess a creative thought process.

Knowledge on social media trends, tech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, mobile apps and such would be a great advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in a related industry.
We would love to see your portfolio.

Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced / higher learning education such as Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate programme or an equivalent.
