We are aware of suspicious individuals claiming to be recruiters for Elixus Sdn. Bhd. (“Elixus”) and impersonating Elixus’ employees through job postings on social networking sites (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram) to reach out to job seekers requesting for money from part-timers or hirees in exchange for an alleged commission or remuneration.⁣
⁣
We would like to clarify that they are neither affiliated nor associated with Elixus. ⁣
⁣
We are working on our side to stop this scam. Kindly read through below our policy;⁣
⁣
We wish to alert the public that Elixus will:⁣
⁣
- NEVER post any job offers using a third party’s name, page, or account.⁣
⁣
- NEVER hire any candidates without conducting a proper physical or virtual interview process and signing a formal written contract with the candidates.⁣
⁣
- NEVER collect recruitment fees, start-up expenses, PIN, password, or OTP from candidates.⁣
⁣
- NEVER require any part-timers, hirees, staff, employees, or interns to spend, transfer or remit any money on behalf of Elixus or for any purpose.⁣
⁣
- NEVER request any person to transfer money to a personal bank account for Elixus. Elixus will only facilitate transactions using Elixus’ official company bank account.
