Temporary Closure Notice

Our Bang Bang Zine store will be temporarily closed from 23 June until further notice as we'll be carrying out a renovation.

We’re aiming to reopen around mid-July, depending on the renovation progress. We're taking this time to refresh our little space and hope to welcome you back to a more comfortable and cosy store soon✨

For risograph printing services, please fill in our Riso Print Quote Form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

To order a portrait drawing or purchase something from our store, please send us a DM and we'll do our best to arrange something for you.

Our risograph workshops will also be on pause during this period and will resume once we're back.

New in store ✨Works by are now available at our GMBB | Creative Community Mall 🇲🇾 store!

is a creative duo by Minori, who focuses on illustration, and Hiro Takeoka, who works mainly with design. With a background in architecture, their works explore cities, maps, buildings, and imagined urban landscapes.

Now available in our store:
• Panorama art book zine
• machi-machi sticker sets
• Mapscape at Kyoto collection cards
• Cityscape Kyoto & Kuala Lumpur art prints
• Cityscape Kyoto & Kuala Lumpur T-shirts

If you look closely at their artworks and designs, you’ll notice that many of them can be connected together, forming a larger cityscape. It’s such a thoughtful and unique design!

During KLIF last month, they also created new designs inspired by Kuala Lumpur and Kyoto, and these pieces can also be connected together.

Limited stocks available, come by the store to have a look and grab them before they’re gone. We’re also looking forward to having the machi-machi art book zine in our store soon. Stay tuned!

SEOUL photo zine by Tokyo-based photographer @2.ryo.photo has arrived at our GMBB | Creative Community Mall 🇲🇾 store.

Rather than searching for famous landmarks, Ryo Katsumura followed his quiet instincts and photographed small, fleeting moments that simply felt right to him. The result is a collection of intimate scenes and emotionally resonant encounters in Seoul.

Last week, we had students from Malaysian Institute of Art visit our studio for a 2-colour risograph postcard workshop ✨

During the workshop, they learned more about risograph printing, file preparation, and colour separation for riso printing. They also got to watch the printing process and see their artworks come to life in riso.

Happy to see everyone achieving such nice results and enjoying the experience! ♥️
