Sales Leader is responsible for planning, organizing and delivering events that provide a brand awareness platform and generate new prospects/leads. The Sales Leader will deliver to time and to budget, liaise between external event agencies and internal marketing team.
This individual will measure events against agreed KPI's and evaluate the benefit of chosen event partners whilst adopting a customer-focused approach to achieving targets and reaching goals.
Responsibilities
1.Managing, planning and executing the marketing campaigns throughout the whole group
2.Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various methods
3.Understand the wider context of communication in the business particularly against business goals and strategy
4.Setting up meetings with potential clients and customize the event based on client requirements
5.Receives, processes and maintains index of corporate client information for mailing list and information.
6.Conduct research with executive leaders to identify the opportunities and to position the events.
7.Create positive, fun and engaging environment with the customers during the events and roadshows.
Requirements
1.Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree qualification. However, candidate with relevant experience are welcomed.
2.A good team player.
3.Has good communication and negotiation skill.
4.Loves travelling outdoor and meeting people.
5.Possess willing to learn attitude and accept feedback from co-workers.
