2026年4月25日，马来西亚中资企业总商会受邀出席由中山市人民政府主办的“广货行天下·中山百货进马来西亚”启动仪式。本次活动集中展示了中山城市形象、产业基础与营商环境，以侨为桥，进一步促进中马经贸交流合作。

On 25 April 2026, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) attended the launch ceremony of the promotional event “Guangdong Goods Go Global: Zhongshan Products in Malaysia”, hosted by the People’s Government of Zhongshan.

The event showcased Zhongshan’s city profile, industrial strengths, and business environment, while further promoting China-Malaysia economic and trade cooperation.

Distinguished guests including H.E. Ouyang Yujing, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia; Mr. Guo Wenhai, Party Secretary of Zhongshan; YB Chiew Choon Man, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia; as well as CECCM representatives attended the event.

【分会活动】北马分会协同中国驻槟城总领馆拜访槟城投资促进机构

2026年4月15日，马来西亚中资企业总商会北马分会协同中华人民共和国驻槟城总领馆，先后拜访了Penang Development Corporation、Invest Penang以及Malaysian Investment Development Authority槟城分部，围绕槟城投资环境、产业发展及相关政策开展交流。

交流中，各机构介绍了槟城招商引资总体情况及重点发展方向，并就外资企业落地涉及的政策体系、审批流程及服务机制进行了说明。槟城近年来持续推动电子电气、半导体、医疗器械及绿色产业发展，产业基础不断夯实，投资环境持续优化。

北马分会介绍了商会整体情况及在槟中资企业发展现状。随着区域产业升级，中资企业正由传统工程承包向制造业及产业投资延伸，发展模式更加多元。

北马分会表示，未来将继续发挥桥梁作用，加强与当地政府机构沟通对接，助力中资企业更好融入槟城产业发展，实现互利共赢。
此次拜访进一步加深了双方了解，为后续合作奠定良好基础。
本次活动由中国驻槟城总领馆领导带队，北马分会会长闫明俊、副会长金霆、副会长代表陈俊宏参加。

On 15 April 2026, CECCM Northern Malaysia Working Committee, together with the Consulate General of China in Penang, visited Penang Development Corporation, InvestPenang, and MIDA Penang.

Both sides exchanged views on investment environment, industrial development, and support policies, while CECCM shared updates on Chinese enterprises’ growing presence in Penang.

The visit strengthened mutual understanding and opened up further opportunities for collaboration. #北马分会

【商会活动】总商会出席《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷英文版中马读者会

2026年4月30日，《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷英文版中马读者会在吉隆坡洲际酒店举行。本次活动由中国国务院新闻办公室、中国外文局及中华人民共和国驻马来西亚大使馆联合主办，外文出版社、中国外文局亚太传播中心承办。

中国驻马来西亚特命全权大使欧阳玉靖阁下、马来西亚国会下议院议长丹斯里佐哈里阿都、马来西亚交通部长陆兆福等嘉宾出席活动。

活动期间，与会嘉宾围绕中国治国理政理念、中国式现代化发展实践及中马交流合作等内容进行分享与交流，为两国各界增进理解、深化交流提供了重要平台。

马来西亚中资企业总商会总会长倪庆久，副会长吴军、副会长彭安平、副会长耿昊、副会长丁迁受邀出席。

On 30 April 2026, the China–Malaysia Readers’ Forum on the English edition of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China (Vol. V) was held in Kuala Lumpur.

Distinguished guests including H.E. Ouyang Yujing, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Malaysia; Tan Sri Johari Abdul, Yang di-Pertua Dewan Rakyat; and YB Loke Siew F**k, Minister of Transport, attended the event.

The forum featured exchanges on China’s governance, Chinese modernization and China–Malaysia cooperation, serving as a platform for mutual understanding.

Mr. Ni Qingjiu, President of CECCM, together with Vice Presidents Wu Jun, Peng Anping, Geng Hao and Ding Qian attended the event.

2026年4月24日，马来西亚中资企业总商会（以下简称“总商会”）与马来西亚中华总商会（以下简称“中总”）开展交流活动，中国驻马来西亚大使馆孙淑强公参出席。

活动中，各方就加强商会协作、促进资源共享、一同推动企业发展、深化务实合作等话题开展了深入交流，并达成积极共识。

On 24 April 2026, CECCM held an exchange session with ACCCIM, attended by Mr. Sun Shuqiang, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia.

Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on strengthening chamber cooperation, promoting resource sharing, supporting enterprise development, and deepening practical collaboration, reaching positive consensus for future cooperation.

Representatives from ACCCIM leadership, and CECCM member companies attended the session.

During the exchange, both sides also presented souvenirs to each other, further strengthening friendship and mutual trust.

2026年4月15日，马来西亚中资企业总商会受邀出席由新加坡华文媒体《联合早报》主办的“东南亚讲堂2026——亚细安与全球新秩序”讲座。

新报业媒体华文媒体集团副社长罗文燕致欢迎辞，马来西亚财政部副部长YB刘镇东作主旨演讲。刘副部长围绕当前国际形势变化及区域发展趋势，分析东盟在全球格局重塑中的定位，并就区域经济合作与发展机遇分享看法。

马来西亚中资企业总商会副会长徐慕玮、理事葛猛、理事郭昊、理事钟先觉及40余家会员单位出席活动。

On 15 April 2026, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) attended the “Southeast Asia Lecture 2026: ASEAN and the New World Order”, organised by Lianhe Zaobao.

Ms. Loh Woon Yen, Deputy Chief Executive of SPH Chinese Media Group, delivered the welcome remarks, followed by a keynote address by YB Liew Chin Tong, Deputy Minister of Finance of Malaysia. His speech examined ASEAN’s role amid shifting global dynamics and highlighted opportunities for regional economic cooperation.

Vice President Xu Muwei, Committee Members Ge Meng, Guo Hao and Zhong Xianjue, together with over 40 member companies, attended the event.

On 16 April 2026, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) held an exchange session with China Certification Center Inc. Both sides shared organisational updates and discussed overseas expansion, Malaysia’s investment environment, and certification needs of Chinese enterprises operating abroad.

2026年4月11日，马来西亚中资企业总商会受邀出席由马来西亚华校董事联合会总会与马来西亚留华同学会主办的“2026年中国高等教育展”雪隆站开幕礼。本次教育展汇聚56所中国高校，集中展示中国高等教育的优质资源与多元发展路径，吸引众多学生及家长到场咨询交流。

On 11 April 2026, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) attended the opening ceremony of the China Higher Education Fair 2026 (KL & Selangor), organised by D**g Zong and the Malaysia Alumni Association of Studying in China.

The fair brought together 56 universities from China, showcasing high-quality education resources and diverse development pathways, and attracting strong interest from students and parents.

H.E. Ouyang Yujing, Ambassador of China to Malaysia, and representatives from the education sector delivered remarks. Participants engaged with university representatives and students to learn more about admissions and study opportunities in China.

Representatives from the Embassy of China in Malaysia, the Selangor State Assembly, CECCM, and the organising committee attended the event.

2026年4月13日，马来西亚中资企业总商会与中国青年企业家协会举行座谈交流会。双方围绕企业“走出去”经验及马来西亚投资环境展开深入交流，并就加强信息互通、促进资源对接等方面交换意见，进一步凝聚合作共识，拓展合作空间。

座谈会上，总商会副会长彭安平介绍了商会的发展情况，以及在服务会员企业、推动中资企业在马发展的相关工作。随后，双方围绕马来西亚营商环境、政策支持及重点产业发展方向等议题进行了交流与分享。

📍 On 7 April 2026, CECCM and MARA jointly held a Business Networking Session in Kuala Lumpur, bringing together nearly 100 representatives from Chinese-funded and local enterprises.

The session covered key sectors including manufacturing, logistics, ICT, green energy, engineering, tourism, entrepreneurship, and F&B, fostering meaningful exchanges and connections.

The event was attended by Mr. Sun Shuqing, Minister Counsellor of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia, YBhg. Datuk Wira Dr. Asyraf Wajdi bin Dato’ Dusuki, Chairman of MARA, YBhg. Dato’ Zulfikri bin Osman, Director General of MARA, and representatives from CECCM.

【商会活动】凝心聚力，制造业分会蓄势待发

2026年3月20日，马来西亚中资企业总商会（以下简称“总商会”）举办制造业分会筹备交流活动。活动由总商会副会长、制造业分会筹备组负责人于宝双先生主持，制造业企业代表等出席。

于宝双先生在致辞中表示，制造业作为中马经贸合作的重要支柱，在当今双边经济环境中发挥着关键作用。制造业分会的成立由使馆经商处提议，经总商会理事会审议通过，并已列入总商会2026年工作计划的重要事项。

制造业分会成立后，将重点开展以下工作：
·加强在马中资制造业企业间的信息交流和业务协作，分享经验，避免在出海过程中重走弯路；
·学习借鉴马来西亚本土企业的经营理念和商业模式，建立和谐共存的商业关系；
·吸收马来西亚本土制造业企业入会，并与马来西亚制造商联合会（FMM）建立沟通联系；
·在使馆经商处和总商会的领导下，反映企业在马投资及生产经营中遇到的普遍问题，积极建言献策。

他进一步表示，中国制造业正加速“出海”，在此背景下，充分发挥商会平台作用、凝聚中资企业合力尤为重要。期待与会企业积极参与筹备工作，共同推动中资制造业企业在马来西亚做大做强。

On 20 March 2026, CECCM held a preparatory session for its Manufacturing Industry Working Committee, chaired by Vice President Mr. Yu Baoshuang. Representatives from manufacturing enterprises attended.

In his remarks, Mr. Yu noted that manufacturing remains a key pillar of China–Malaysia economic cooperation. The establishment of the Committee was proposed by the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy, approved by the Committee Member, and included in CECCM’s 2026 work plan.

The Committee will focus on strengthening collaboration among enterprises, learning from local Malaysian businesses, enhancing engagement with industry bodies such as FMM, and reflecting common challenges faced by members.

CECCM will continue to bring together Chinese manufacturing enterprises in Malaysia and support their high-quality development.
