Kalau nak make sure design korang tu boleh diguna pakai atau senang digunakan, korang boleh lah guna web ni untuk chek sama ada apps yang korang design tu berguna atau tak.

Benda ni penting untuk tahu betapa tahap kepeningan flow yang korang buat untuk user korang, dari pening lalat ke migrain atau loya.

Before we create wireframe we need to understand user flow.
Do research, research can be done by interview and market research, if its required a lot of effort for interview, Do market research only that based on existing market within your competitor.

Find the competitor that have similarity in target market and subject.
