We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeler proficient in Lumion and 3D Max to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating highly detailed and realistic 3D models and renderings for various projects, ranging from architectural visualizations to product designs.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations using Lumion and 3D Max.
Collaborate with team members to create accurate and visually appealing representations of concepts and designs.
Integrate feedback from clients and team members to refine and perfect models and renderings.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of final outputs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software updates.
Assist in developing and maintaining a library of 3D assets and templates.
Provide technical support and guidance on 3D modeling and rendering best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a 3D Modeler, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Lumion and 3D Max.
Proficiency in other relevant software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or Blender is a plus.
Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and rendering techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and composition.
Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans, sketches, and CAD files.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience.
Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications.
Knowledge of animation techniques and software.
Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms.
