"Lead Generation" is the goal of the Facebook ads we have been running. We have tried out the A/B Testing method. Here is what we find interesting:
"Campaign A": we used Facebook Instant forms to advertise to get leads.
"Campaign B" is the same campaign we run as "Campaign A," but it sends people to our landing page, which has all the information and a contact form.
Goal: Our client needs as many potential customers as possible near his location in 10 days.
Budget: The clients only had RM600 to spend. After that, we will give each campaign RM300. This means that each campaign costs RM10 per day.

Here are the results after ten days of running ads. The most customer leads came from "Campaign A," with 40 leads for our clients. "Campaign B" only got three leads, and those leads were sent to a landing page.
"Campaign A" brought in the most leads because of the Instant form. Within two to three seconds, Facebook will open the Instant form, and customers will not have to fill in the details because Facebook already knows these details, like your name and phone number.
It was sending us to our "Campaign B" landing page. We only got three leads, but 600 people clicked on our links. "Campaign A," on the other hand, got 166 Link Clicks. Since "Campaign B" sent clients to our landing page, which was good enough to catch their attention but did not bring in many leads, it was a waste of money.

We know that getting more or fewer leads depends on many different things. But from what we have seen, Campaign A brought in more leads. And our client wants us to do just that.
